Portland, Ore. - Julie Druyea is the at the top of the food chain in her world and that’s just the way she likes it.
When SEOWorkshop.org owner Garry Egan booked a date with Souk LLC conference centers and meeting spaces, he had no idea he was going to encounter the Womanist Business Owner From Hell.
“Never piss off a Search Engine Marketer,” said Egan in a recent email to Souk LLC, adding, “SOUK caused a delay in our event, changes in flyers and websites, and substantial monetary damage to our event. We are still considering legal action.”
Indeed SEOWorkshop may have a case. In a recent interview with Trent Laidlaw, an Oregon criminal defense lawyer, Laidlaw hints at the possibility of an upcoming legal battle.
“We’re still trying to determine if my client’s civil rights were violated,” said Laidlaw from his 44th floor tower in the US Bank building. “Mr. Egan is still very much angered over the incident. And as costs keep mounting for the new date change, he is not getting any happier.”
